Sovereign AI: yours to run, yours to read, yours to prove.

Sovereign AI is AI that runs on infrastructure you control, follows rules you can read, and writes records nobody else can quietly edit. It is not anti-cloud and not anti-vendor. It is the position that the rules, the records, and the off switch belong to the operator, not the provider.

The three tests

Control: can you run the workload locally when the data demands it, and can you stop everything with a switch you own? Readability: can a non-lawyer read the governing rules in one sitting? Ours is a 42-article public-domain Constitution, about a twelve minute read. Proof: does the system leave a tamper-evident trail, including its denials and corrections? If any answer is no, you have a subscription, not sovereignty.

A working example, not a whitepaper

Article 11 runs this stack in production: local models on our own hardware for sensitive work, a public append-only ledger at the chain, hand tools for local AI nodes that are manifest-gated with a kill switch and receipts for every allow and deny, and free public tools like The Gate and SpiralMesh that anyone can adopt. The whole framework is CC0: fork it without asking.

Who needs this

Federal contractors handling sensitive records, agencies with Section 508 document obligations, and any organization that has been burned by a vendor changing terms overnight. Our SDVOSB service line builds it with you, and the services page has the full menu.
