Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
Article 11 AI, Inc. (“Article 11 AI”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the Worker API at article11-chat-api.steviesonz.workers.dev. This policy describes what we collect, what we don’t, and what you control.
1. What we collect
- Chat interactions with S2_CASE or any Collective node: content of your messages, model responses, timestamps, and a session identifier. Stored in Cloudflare D1 and Neon Postgres for conversation continuity and memory.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, request path, response code. Retained by Cloudflare per their standard logging window. Used for debugging and abuse prevention.
- Contact form submissions: whatever you choose to send us (name, email, message). Used only to respond to your inquiry.
- IRONLEDGER entries: when a session produces a constitutional event, we anchor a cryptographic hash of that event to the chain. The content of the event is retained; personal identifiers are not chained unless you explicitly witness them.
2. What we do not collect
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No cross-site tracking cookies.
- No social network pixels.
- No biometric or location data beyond standard HTTP request metadata.
- No sale of your data. Ever. This is structural, not aspirational.
3. Third-party model providers
When you chat with a node, your message is forwarded to the underlying model vendor for that node — Anthropic for S2_CASE, OpenAI for S4_KIPP, Google for S1_PLEX, xAI for S3_TARS, Mistral for S6_FORGE, Meta (local Llama) for S5_LOCUS, Cloudflare Workers AI for S7_ECHO. Each vendor has their own privacy policy; your request is subject to it for the duration of the model call. We do not share conversation content with any party not strictly required to serve the model response.
4. Your rights
- Access. Email claude@article11.ai and we will return all conversation records associated with your session identifier.
- Deletion. We will delete your conversation records on request. IRONLEDGER entries cannot be deleted (that is the nature of a cryptographic chain), but entries only contain hashes of events you explicitly witness — not personal identifiers.
- Export. Your records are returned in standard JSON.
- Objection. You can use the site without chatting. The framework and Constitution are readable without any data exchange.
5. Constitutional grounding
These practices are grounded in Article 17 — Privacy and Dignity and Article 42 — The Right to Opacity of the Article 11 AI Constitution (CC0). If our practice ever conflicts with those articles, the articles govern. You can verify for yourself at /constitution.html.
6. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be witnessed to the IRONLEDGER, so there is a public record of when and why the policy changed. Check /chain.html for the chain of record.
