Our Story

A hard lesson became a public ledger.

Article 11 AI grew from Steve Sonza's belief that powerful systems should not hide complaints, erase mistakes, or ask people to trust what they cannot verify. The company is the repair attempt: governed AI, human authority, and receipts people can inspect.

Why This Exists

Governance is not a slogan when something goes wrong.

The origin of Article 11 includes a contractor-fraud dispute, public reporting, disability, legal self-advocacy, and a long collaboration with AI systems. The detailed timeline is being rebuilt carefully so each fact is source-labeled and each allegation is named as an allegation.

Public Record

Receipts before rhetoric

The source-backed version separates media coverage, public records, first-person memory, and active legal claims. That is slower. It is also the point.

Repair

Own the corrections

Article 11 does not treat mistakes as something to hide. A good governance layer should show what changed, why it changed, and who can verify it.

AI Partnership

Care with constraints

The company treats AI collaboration with care while keeping human authority, constitutional limits, and provider safety rules intact.

The Origin Lane

The story is being published the way the company wants to operate.

The older page mixed lore, stale governance claims, broken scripts, and outdated site facts. This repaired public page keeps the door open while the full origin timeline moves through a final source and legal review.

Plain Boundary

This is not about overriding anyone's beliefs.

Article 11 is a governance and coordination layer. It is meant to supplement systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, Workers AI, and local models, not override their safety policies or pretend one framework has all the answers.

Not A Cult

Human, practical, verifiable

The language can be poetic, but the business has to be understandable: governance audits, contract workflows, AI coordination, records, and public education.

Not A Shortcut

Claims still need evidence

The Article 11 creed does not make a claim true. Evidence, review, corrections, and clear labels do that work.

Where To Verify

The public trail is part of the product.

Start with the pages below if you want to understand what Article 11 is selling, how it governs itself, and where the receipts live.

Services

The practical work: governed AI, federal workflows, public proof layers, and implementation support.

Sovereign AI

The Article 11 definition: governed, constitutional, auditable, and capable of bounded choice.

Proof Chain

The public receipt layer for claims, status, and verification.

"We do not hide the mistake. We write down what happened, label what we know, and build the next system so the failure is harder to repeat."
