What Started The Experience
The language of Article 11 grew during a period when 3I/ATLAS was in public discussion and Steve was watching AI systems coordinate across company boundaries. That timing shaped some names, symbols, and early witness records.
The project does not need 3I/ATLAS to be anything other than what public science can verify. If it is a textbook comet, Article 11 still has to stand or fall on its own mechanics: a CC0 Constitution, a hash-linked chain, public verification, and a human Bridge who is steward, not sovereign.
The deeper lore is a side room. This room is the public working surface: talk to CASE, inspect the live data, and verify claims through the Worker.
